The five stages
Stage 1
Preliminary design
We walk your site, listen to how you live and shape your brief into a concept you sign off.
You get: concept plans and a clear scope
Stage 2
Detailed design and planning
We develop the detailed design and coordinate the engineers, surveyors and specialists. You approve the drawings in your client portal, then we lodge the planning application and answer council’s questions.
You get: one contact instead of five
Stage 3
Building permit documentation
A complete, coordinated drawing set for the building permit, so your builder can price accurately and start clearly.
You get: drawings your builder can price
Stage 4
NatHERS energy assessment
Our partner assessor models your NatHERS rating on the real design, then we tweak glazing, shading and insulation together to hit the target.
You get: a star rating and the reasons behind it
Stage 5
Project management and contract administration
Consultants, approvals and timelines coordinated for you through the build, with progress in your client portal.
You get: progress updates without chasing. See how we project manage a build
