Your details, kept simple.

Drafthers Pty Ltd only collects what we need to answer you, plan your project and run the client portal. We don't sell your details or share them for marketing.

When you contact us

The contact form on Work with us is run by Tally (tally.so), which stores what you enter and passes it to us: your name, email, and anything else you choose to give. We use it to reply and, if you go ahead, to set up your project.

The free checklist

Your ticks stay in your browser. If you save your list, we receive your name, email, suburb if you give it, your answers and what you’ve found, so we’re ready when you call. They’re kept in the same secure system as our client portal (Supabase), where only the Drafthers team can see them. We only send you tips if you tick the box, and you can unsubscribe any time.

Sending us plans

The energy assessment form sends us your plans with your contact details. Your plans go into private storage that only the Drafthers team can open, alongside our client portal. We use them to quote and do the assessment.

Booking a call

Bookings are made through Google Calendar. Your name, email and the time you choose go into our calendar so we can call you.

Visitor statistics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful: how many people visit, which pages they read, roughly where they are (city or region) and what device they use. It doesn't tell us who you are. In the client portal and on neighbour pages we only count the page, never your project or your link. You can block it with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker, and the site still works.

The client portal

Your photos, documents and messages are private to your project. Only the people on your project and your Drafthers team can see them. Neighbour pages show only the site hours, a contact and upcoming works.
